No Refund Policy
All payments made towards trademark search, AI-generated Trademark Availability Reports, trademark filing, prosecution, advisory, opposition, hearing, renewal, assignment, or any other professional services offered by Trademark Seva are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing any service from Trademark Seva, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All professional fees paid to Trademark Seva are non-refundable.
- Government/statutory fees paid to the Trade Marks Registry or any other statutory authority are non-refundable once remitted.
- No refund shall be granted on account of a change of mind, change in business plans, non-usage of the service, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of the trademark application.
- Trademark Seva does not guarantee the registration of any trademark, and any examination objection, refusal, opposition, or delay by the Trade Marks Registry shall not constitute grounds for any refund.
- Once an order has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund shall be payable.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
